Authors will be notified of the selection results by email and will receive all technical information and presentation instructions prior to the Conference.
Abstract Submission Deadline: 24th May 2018
Submit your abstract/proposal for SETC before the submission deadline. Please submit using the' Submit Abstract' button below. You will be asked to create your own personal account before you are able to upload your proposal. You can return to the system at any time using your user name and password to edit your information and submission.
Author Notification Date: 7th June 2018
Acceptance of proposal for oral presentation will be announced by the author notification date. The presentation instructions and acceptance letter will be emailed to all authors by this date. If your proposal is accepted you will be invited to register for the conference. Upon payment of the registration fee your paper will be scheduled for presentation at the conference.
Final Paper Deadline: 5th July 2018
If you wish to publish in the MDPI Journal, Social Sciences (ISSN 2076-0760), please inform the conference secretariat via email: firstname.lastname@example.org by the 'Final Paper Deadline'. The conference organiser will absorb the publishing fees if you attend SETC 2018. The full papers will be submitted to MDPI 2 weeks after the Conference Date. Peer reviewing of submitted full paper will be coordinated by MDPI.
Early Bird Registration Deadline: 10th July 2018
The registration fee for the conference is lower if you pay before the early bird registration deadline.
Final Registration Deadline: 8th August 2018
This is the final registration date for the conference.
